Joyce Ferng, Associate Director – ANZ Modular Lead: Joyce has been delivering complex and challenging projects across Australia, United Kingdom and Singapore for over 25 years as a Chartered Fellow professional engineer, in collaboration with renowned international architects. Joyce is currently leading the AECOM modular initiatives working closely with digital disruptors to integrate technologies from Industry 4.0. She is also an Adjunct Industry Fellow with Swinburne University, an Industry Technical Advisor to Melbourne University CAMP.H initiative and serves on the board of directors for prefabAUS.

Prabin Pathak is a senior structural engineer at Arup. With almost 9 years of engineering expertise, he has gained extensive design and construction experience across a diverse range of projects in many sectors, both in Australia and overseas. A Chartered Engineer, Prabin specialises in structural analysis of high and mid-rise concrete structures, working on significant projects like Melbourne Metro and Atria Canberra.
