Project: Western Sydney University – Team 1
Submission Extract: The Challenge Cup brief required adaptive re-use of a brownfield site with 14 units. A heritage precinct with granted land chosen was the Norma Parker Centre/Kamballain Parramatta NSW to achieve affordable urban density living close to transport. The project development went along with the following incentives to achieve the design aim, the combination of affordability and maximise joy.
